Keith is widely regarded as a leading, global KOL in the area of wounds and wound healing.  Responsible for creating and launching the worlds first, national wound innovation centre.  He is editor in chief of the International wound journal.  Awarded a CBE in the 2013 New Years Honours list for services to medicine and healthcare, and remains at the forefront of clinical innovation in the area of wounds.

David has a PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences has run academic research labs in the fields of anti-infectives and wound healing. Following academia, he has worked within biotech as  head of wound development and CSO in drug discovery and development.

Wen’s primary area of research interest is molecular and cellular basis of cancer invasion and metastasis and therapeutic aspects. Wen's research has been conducted in Cardiff's School of Medicine with over 1050 publications.  He is the University Dean of International, Director of Cardiff China medical research , as well as holding professorships at Peking University,Capital medical University (Beijing) and Inner Mongolia University.

Charlie is a founding partner and Managing Director of NewHold Enterprises, having spent more than 20 years in private equity and principal investing both as a legal advisor and as an investor. Charlie has extensive experience working with portfolio companies. Charlie is dual qualified as an English lawyer and a member of the New York Bar, and serves as the Chairman of Macro Energy, is on the Board of NewHold AEC Corp, with prior roles at Powerful Foods LLC and as a Board observer for Luna Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
